BIO After studying costume design and fine art in Detroit, Michigan, my first years in the business were spent at a coveted costume archive in New York City. This gave me hands on experience with some of the best costume design work in the world, as well as, a wealth of knowledge in fashion history. I hold the designers from the past near to my heart, and appreciate resurrecting older styles and recreating them into new silhouettes. My workspace is broad, which helps me to stay fresh and continually push creative boundaries on multiple fronts. I have been lucky enough to go from design on and off Broadway (A Glance of New York, Seminar) into designing for television series (Orange is the New Black, Gossip Girl, The Whitest Kids U Know), A-level films (The Hunger Games, The Other Woman), and styling advertising campaigns (David Yurman, American Express for Vente-Privee, Joan and David), editorial work and dressing celebrities (Esperanza Spalding, Leighton Meester, Sandrine Holt and Stacy London).
